When Agile Group acquired Meditelle in 2024, they needed a functioning e-commerce platform rebuilt from the ground up. We delivered that, then took it further with comprehensive UX analysis and conversion optimisation.

Using user research and e-commerce expertise, we identified exactly where users struggled and dropped off. The September 2025 redesign addressed every friction point with intuitive navigation, smart filtering, optimised product pages, and features that reduce purchase hesitation.

The results were immediate: 16% more orders, increased average order value, and nearly 50% year-on-year sales growth. This is what happens when design decisions are driven by evidence rather than assumptions.
