Alison fell in love with marketing long before she knew what it was. On a career path to be a graphic designer, she discovered this thing called ‘marketing’ while looking through University prospectuses.
She studied at Lancaster University, one of the few marketing degree courses in the country, and her love of marketing hasn’t dimmed since that day.
A proud marketing generalist, she has worked on the client side in marketing departments, headed up a UK advertising agency based in Manchester and London, and even ran her own boutique marketing agency when she moved back to her home county of Lincolnshire.
Alison gets a real buzz from working with diverse clients, learning about new industries, and applying her extensive knowledge to help businesses grow and thrive.
Alison has never lost her love of art. She is a painter and illustrator inspired by the amazing Lincolnshire countryside, beaches, and wildlife. She is also a keen traveller and is currently working through her global bucket list and loves immersing herself in the local culture and food.
